I am a systems engineer, a web developer for more than 6 years and a bilingual (Spanish/English) speaker. I have worked in six different companies, and currently I am working in a full-time job for a US based company name DevBase, in which I work in the backend side where I have to create different endpoints, jobs and many other features to be added in the project I belong.

My Experience

Web Developer

As a developer at Offimedicas S.A, I was responsible for leading the development of the Mesmeric platform, which is a software that allows the company to manage all the processes that take place in its daily operations. My work involved creating, modifying, and providing support for the different modules and functionalities that make up the platform.

During my time at Offimedicas S.A, I had the opportunity to work with various languages and frameworks, such as PHP (Symfony), JavaScript (jQuery and Vanilla JS), CSS, and MySQL. These languages and tools were essential for creating different features of the platform, such as inventory management, billing, patient registration and medical data management. Additionally, I used different development tools such as Git and Subversion for version control of code.

Specifically, my work focused on the development of the company's platform and integration with different external systems. To achieve this, I utilized integration and connectivity tools such as SOAP and REST API. Additionally, I also worked on creating reports and data analysis to help the company make informed decisions.

In summary, my work at Offimedicas S.A as a developer for the Mesmeric platform was essential in improving the company's processes and providing a more efficient and effective experience for patients. Through my work, I gained skills in using different programming languages and development tools, which allowed me to tackle technical challenges and improve the functionality of the platform.

Components Innovation Engineer

I was responsible for editing and maintaining web platforms used by Colpensiones Company for customer support, internal and external processes, and generating reports and data for analysis by the company's staff. As a member of the SYC S.A. team, I collaborated with developers and designers to ensure that the platforms were up-to-date and user-friendly. I used various programming languages and technologies, including C#, Visual Basic, SQL Server, jQuery, and Bootstrap, to complete my tasks.

Throughout my time at SYC S.A., I developed strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work that met the client's needs. I was able to communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure that the platforms were meeting the desired outcomes. Additionally, I gained experience in report generation and analysis, which allowed me to contribute to the overall success of the project.

Fullstack Web Developer

As a web developer at HTS, I had the responsibility of creating and editing a wide range of web platforms and tools. I was the go-to person for analyzing data and generating detailed reports that helped our clients stay ahead of their competition. My passion for enhancing the user experience led me to develop a variety of tools and applications that improved the usability and navigability of our clients' websites.

Working with an incredibly talented team of developers, I utilized my expertise in PHP using Laravel, JavaScript using Vue Js, jQuery, and Vanilla JS, and PostgreSQL to create cutting-edge solutions that delivered exceptional results for our clients.

Fullstack Developer

As a web developer at Grupo Unifema, my primary responsibilities include creating, modifying, and supporting a variety of online stores and web platforms for our clients. In this role, I leverage my expertise in PHP using both Laravel and WordPress, as well as JavaScript using both jQuery and Vanilla JS, CSS using Bootstrap, and MySQL to deliver high-quality solutions that meet our clients' needs.

Working closely with clients, I collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their requirements, design and develop solutions that deliver the best possible user experience. I am also responsible for providing technical support, ensuring that any issues are resolved quickly and efficiently.

In addition, I am always up-to-date with the latest technologies, trends, and standards in web development, ensuring that I can deliver cutting-edge solutions that meet the evolving needs of our clients.

Web Developer

As a data extraction specialist at Marval S.A., I am responsible for designing and implementing complex solutions for data extraction, integration, and reporting across multiple data sources and platforms. In this role, I leverage my expertise in SQL Server, Oracle DB, and JDE Edwards to ensure that our clients can access the information they need to make informed decisions.

To achieve this, I collaborate closely with clients to understand their specific data requirements and design custom solutions that meet their needs. This includes creating stored procedures and queries that enable data integration across multiple systems, platforms, and applications.

In addition to designing and implementing data extraction solutions, I am also responsible for ensuring that all data is accurate, reliable, and secure. This includes conducting thorough testing and validation to ensure that data is consistent and meets client expectations.

Overall, my role as a data extraction specialist at Marval S.A. requires a deep understanding of data integration and reporting best practices, as well as a strong technical background in SQL Server, Oracle DB, and JDE Edwards. By leveraging my expertise in these areas, I am able to deliver high-quality data solutions that enable our clients to make informed decisions and drive business success.

Back End Engineer

As a Backend Developer at DevBase, I am responsible for designing and developing endpoints that enable our web applications to communicate with external systems. In this role, I create and test all endpoints to ensure that they are reliable and secure.

In addition to creating endpoints, I also create and manage migrations that allow for seamless database updates and changes. This includes ensuring that all database queries are optimized for performance and that the data schema is well-designed.

To ensure that our applications are stable and reliable, I am also responsible for testing all code that I create. This includes conducting unit and integration tests to verify that the code performs as expected and that it integrates properly with the rest of the application.

Overall, my role as a Backend Developer at DevBase requires a high level of technical proficiency and attention to detail. By leveraging my expertise in Laravel and related technologies, I am able to deliver reliable and high-performing code that meets the needs of our clients and end-users.

My Working Experience

My working experience consist mainly in the languages/technologies PHP (Laravel/Symfony),  Javascript (jQuery, Vanilla Javascript and Vue js), MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, CSS (Bootstrap, BootstrapVue and Vuetify), and I try to improve everyday as much as I can as a professional web developer. I have been part of many projects and have faced a lot of challenges related to them, and always I have successfully finished all those obstacles.
